Now THAT’S a Wishlist

File this under nifty new website thing I had to share….

I’ve always had a WISHLIST on Amazon.com.  Now Amazon has added a little feature that changes my wishlist from “okay” to THE ONLY WISHLIST YOU WILL EVER NEED.

You can now add items from ANY website to your Amazon wishlist.  Amazon has created a button that you “drag and drop” on your Internet browser (no install)…you click this new button and WAA-LAA you have added that item to an easy to use list Santa and Mom appreciate.

CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! - http://www.amazon.com/gp/wishlist/get-button/ref=cm_wl_uwl

Amazon also has another great feature – gift giving organizers so you can shop online and tuck any ideas for mom, dad, sister, husband in their very own list.  I know my strategy for saving money this holiday is going to include shopping online.  That way I get in & out quickly for the things on the list, don’t pick up any impulse buys, and never have to battle crowds and consumerism.  How peaceful.  And more time for eating pie.

What are your ideas for saving money this holiday? Will you be using an online shopping cart?

Does your REALTOR give you Red Carpet Service?

celebrity bookI was fortunate enough to have met the author of the new book “The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service.”  This book gave me so many ideas on how to give my clients “star treatment”.  My aim has always been to help my clients through a stress-free home-buying or home-selling process.  I remind myself that real estate is a BIG investment, and an emotional one.  I take my career very seriously and want my clients to feel like they had a positive, memorable experience.

Can you recall a time when you received terrible customer service?  I know I can.  I can also recall a few exceptional experiences of customer service – where I felt the red-carpet was truly rolled out for me.  I hope if you’ve had a bad experience with a Real Estate Agent in the past you’ll consider getting in touch with me regarding any future real estate needs you may have.  I run my business with your goals in mind and a sense that everyone deserves to be treated like a star!

Thanks to Donna Cutting for writing such an inspiring book. I highly recommend it. www.donnacutting.com

Noelle, a Holiday Movie

Noelle is almost here! December 7th, 2007 a new movie hits only a handful of theatres.  I haven’t seen the movie yet, but the trailer for Noelle looks intriguing.  Thanks to my bookclub friend Missy for sharing the news about this holiday movie.  Noelle is a film about guilt, shame, hope and faith – emotions we all have plenty of especially around the holidays. Noelle will be shown at the Arizona Mills Mall theatres in Tempe, the Mesa Grand 24 at Stapley/Hwy 60, the Superstition Spring Mall in Mesa, and about 5 other theatres in the Phoenix Metro area.  Check out www.noellethemovie.com for more info.
