I knew becoming a Real Estate Professional was the career for me when my husband and I bought our first home. Hello,
I have a condo that I am renting in Mesa. I posted an ad on Craigslist, and already have more than one person interested. However, I do not wish to go through the steps of a credit/background check, and creation of a lease, and any other legal paperwork that may be involved. Please let me know if that is something you could help me with, and if so, what you would charge for that service.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I do market properties for rent, provide an application to potential renters, do credit/employment checks, and draft the 9 page lease agreement. I basically find you a renter you feel comfortable with that meets your criteria, and coordinate move in (keys, utilities, etc) with you both. If you’ve selected a renter, great, if not I can put a lockbox and sign on the condo and will market it on the Multiple Listing Service database (MLS) and 50 other websites including craigslist.
My professional fee is 1 months rent (example: $1,000). I don’t manage the property once the renter starts the lease, rent is paid directly to you.
Attached is the AZ Landlord Tenant Act you may find it useful to keep a copy for your records.
